DiliTrust is seeking an experienced People Operations Manager to join our Paris office and lead the global HR function. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, payroll, HR administration, HRIS, and Learning & Development across our international organization.

Reporting to the Head of People Excellence, you will manage a small team, drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and partner with finance and external providers to deliver a high-quality employee experience.

Formación

• 6+ years in People Operations within dynamic, international companies.
• Strong hands-on expertise across employee lifecycle, HR administration, payroll coordination, contracts and compliance.
• Experience in project management and deploying HR processes.
• Experience coordinating Learning & Development activities, including design and reporting.
• Knowledge of employment laws across jurisdictions; M&A experience a plus.
• Fluency in French and English; advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop two People Operations Specialists with clear priorities.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, contracts, amendments and employee records.
• Deploy global HR processes, policies and playbooks; improve workflows.
• Own HRIS data quality and lead HRIS implementations.
• Manage payroll across countries and collaborate with Finance on HR data for reporting.
