Job summary

Puig's Rabanne fragrance team in Paris seeks a Marketing & Product Development professional to drive innovation and international launches for a bold prestige brand. Reporting to a Group Product Manager, you will manage the full lifecycle from concept to launch, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and ensure brand storytelling and packaging align with Rabanne's disruptive identity.

Fluent English is required; French is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management or marketing in fragrances/beauty preferred.
• University degree or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Design.
• Fluent English; French a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, consumer, and trend analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and portfolio development.
• Contribute to creation of new fragrance launches, including concept research, storytelling, naming, packaging ideas, and moodboards.
• Coordinate with creative and design agencies on mock-ups, visuals, and packaging development to ensure brand consistency.
• Support the full innovation process from concept to launch with internal stakeholders (Communication, PR, Digital, E-retail, POS, Training, Activation, and Commercial teams).
• Track timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure on-time launches.
• Participate in campaign content development, including briefs, photo shoots, and asset management; manage market adaptations.
