Maison Rabanne is seeking an experienced Operations Marketing professional to manage new launch deployments across doors worldwide and coordinate in-store animations and visibility calendars. You will analyze performance, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support markets in local animation plans.

The role emphasizes 360° collaboration with Marketing Development, Retail, Digital, Communication, PR, Creative, and Supply, ensuring accurate launch materials and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• CDD; 1–2 years in operational marketing, trade marketing or business development, ideally in beauty, fashion or luxury.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate operational deployment of new launches across Maison Rabanne doors worldwide.
• Follow-up animations, events and visibility calendar for Maison universe in doors worldwide.
• Coordinate deliverables for new launches (launch book, guidelines, mock-ups, lab samples) with markets.
• Provide insights on sell-in/sell-out performance to inform brand strategy.
