Job summary

Roundtable is growing and is seeking its first Talent hire to progressively bring recruitment in-house and help build the function as we scale.

You will own end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, partner with senior leaders and external Talent Partners, and help shape the hiring strategy in an international setting. The role is Paris-based with a hybrid working model and close collaboration with the CEO and leadership team.

Qualifications

• At least 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a fast-growing and demanding environment.
• Hands-on recruiter capable of owning searches from sourcing to closing.
• Experience recruiting across different types of roles and talent pools.
• Able to build strong relationships with hiring managers while challenging them when needed.
• Structured and data-minded, focused on actionable processes.
• Curious about broader Talent topics and comfortable in an international environment.
• French native or near-native with fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of searches across business, growth, product, operations, legal and engineering.
• Recruit across France, Luxembourg, Belgium, Germany, Spain and the UK with external Talent Partners.
• Source and engage candidates via direct sourcing, inbound applications, referrals and partners.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from kick-off to closing, including interviews and candidate experience.
