Job summary

Roundtable in Paris is expanding its leadership team and seeking its first Talent hire to build in-house recruiting as we scale. You’ll recruit across markets in Europe, partnering with CEOs, hiring managers and external partners to close impactful roles.

You’ll own end-to-end processes, design scalable hiring playbooks, and contribute to onboarding experiences as Roundtable grows internationally. This hybrid Paris role offers visibility and impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-growth environments.
• Ability to recruit across multiple markets in Europe and coordinate with external partners.
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven hiring approach.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across business, growth, product, operations, legal and engineering.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs, structure interviews and close candidates.
• Develop scalable hiring processes, dashboards and KPIs for recruiting activity.
• Contribute to employer branding, onboarding and cross-functional Talent projects.
