Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal in Paris is seeking an Early Careers Talent Acquisition professional to recruit graduates and interns across France and the broader European region. You will work closely with hiring managers, universities, and stakeholders to build strong relationships, represent A&M at campus events, and deliver a fast, fair candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Previous early careers recruitment experience in a professional services sector (consulting, legal, finance, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage high volume of vacancies, candidates, stakeholders and deadlines at once.
• Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in an international environment and respond positively to changing priorities.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruitment data and reporting.
• Fluency in French and English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Delivering recruitment for internship and graduate programmes, from role briefing through to onboarding.
• Planning recruitment activities, campus visits, and careers fairs to represent A&M and engage prospective candidates.
• Sourcing and engaging a diverse pool of students and recent graduates through universities, job boards, social media and referrals.
• Screening and assessing candidates against competencies and programme requirements, keeping candidates and hiring managers informed.
• Coordinating and conducting interviews, ensuring a positive and well-organised candidate experience.
• Supporting hiring managers with candidate selection, and managing offers and onboarding.
• Maintaining accurate recruitment data, reporting and pipelines in Jobvite and other internal systems.
• Reviewing current recruitment processes and implementing improvements with the wider team.
