Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal in Paris is seeking an Early Careers Talent Acquisition professional to deliver graduate and internship recruitment across France and the wider European region. Qualifications

• Previous early careers recruitment experience in a professional services sector (e.g. consulting, legal, finance).
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills to manage high volumes of vacancies and deadlines.
• Resilient and adaptable in an international environment with changing priorities.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and maintaining recruitment data.

Responsibilities

• Deliver recruitment for internship and graduate programmes, from role briefing through to onboarding.
• Plan recruitment activities and attend university events, campus visits and careers fairs to represent Alvarez & Marsal.
• Source and engage a diverse pool of students and recent graduates through universities, career services, job boards, social media and referrals.
• Screen and assess candidates against competencies and programme requirements, keeping all parties informed.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive and well-organised candidate experience.
• Support hiring managers with candidate selection and onboarding so new joiners are well prepared.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting and pipeline updates in Jobvite and other internal systems.
• Review current recruitment processes and implement improvements with the wider team.

How you will contribute

Based in Paris, you will work alongside the existing Early Careers Talent Acquisition team to deliver graduate and internship recruitment across France and the wider European region.

This is a collaborative role, with a good degree of autonomy in managing your own workload and relationships, with the support of the Head of Early Careers throughout. You will work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders, build strong relationships across the business and with universities, and represent A&M at campus events and careers fairs.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Delivering recruitment for internship and graduate programmes, from role briefing through to onboarding.
• Planning recruitment activities, and attending university events, campus visits and careers fairs to represent A&M and engage prospective candidates.
• Sourcing and engaging a diverse pool of students and recent graduates through universities, career services, job boards, social media and referrals.
• Screening and assessing candidates against agreed competencies and programme requirements, keeping candidates and hiring managers well informed throughout.
• Coordinating and conducting interviews, making sure every candidate has a positive and well-organised experience.
• Supporting hiring managers with candidate selection, and managing offers and onboarding so that new joiners are well prepared for their start.
• Maintaining accurate recruitment data, reporting and pipeline updates in Jobvite and other internal systems, while adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
• Reviewing current recruitment processes, identifying where they can be improved, and putting changes in place in partnership with the wider team.

Qualifications

• Previous early careers recruitment experience in a professional services sector (consulting, legal, finance, etc.).

• Fluency in French and English is essential.
