Schiller International University in Paris seeks a Director of International Relations and Diplomacy Programs to provide academic leadership for undergraduate, graduate and online IRD programs across campuses. You will ensure curriculum quality, faculty hiring and performance, and student outcomes in IRD while leading Paris Campus academic operations.

You will supervise program design, outcomes assessment, accreditation compliance, and collaboration with multiple campuses to recruit and support

Qualifications

• Earned Doctorate in International Relations and Diplomacy or closely related field.
• Evidence of excellence in higher education administration.
• Experience designing academic programs and managing faculty.
• Commitment to student success and engagement.
• Experience with distance learning and online instruction.
• Knowledge of US or French higher education systems is a plus.
• Native English or high English proficiency; additional languages desirable.
• Local language skills (French, German, Spanish) desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead IRD program design, review, and ongoing improvement.
• Oversee course outcomes assessment and accreditation compliance.
• Recruit, evaluate and support faculty across campuses.
• Coordinate faculty workload and course allocations.
• Foster student engagement, success, and employability.
• Collaborate with distance learning initiatives.
• Monitor student outcomes data weekly and design interventions.
• Ensure alignment with Schiller’s experiential learning model.
• Provide academic leadership for Paris Campus and other campuses.
