Job summary

INTERPOL in Lyon, France, seeks an experienced executive for the Partnerships & Planning Directorate to lead the EDPP Executive Office. You will coordinate strategic initiatives, manage senior-level reporting, and drive high-stakes collaboration with multilateral partners.

The role requires a minimum of four years of university education and 10 years in management, with strong English and French language skills, and a proven ability to lead diverse teams and complex programs.

Qualifications

• University education for at least four years.
• Minimum 10 years of management experience with leading diverse teams.
• Experience in international diplomacy or strategic policy development.
• Experience with IT applications and organizational transformation would be an asset.
• Experience interacting with international organizations.

Responsibilities

• Support the EDPP in strategic planning, coordination and reporting.
• Oversee the EDPP Executive Office budget and staffing, ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage stakeholder relations at high level with internal and external partners.
• Supervise the EDPP Executive Office staff and guide project teams to align strategy.
• Perform other duties as required by the hierarchy.
