Responsibilities

• Review escalated trade surveillance alerts to identify market abuse, conduct, regulatory or reputational risks.
• Conduct detailed investigations of trading activity and related information to identify indicators of misconduct.
• Prepare clear written assessments and summaries for escalation to Global Markets Compliance and COR.
• Provide independent challenge to alert dispositions to ensure consistency with policies and regulatory expectations.
• Escalate significant concerns and emerging risk themes to senior surveillance management and Global Markets COR.
