Job summary

Sommet Education is seeking an Admissions and Enrolment Officer to join École Ducasse in Paris. You will manage applicant pipelines, guide prospective students, and support recruitment teams to drive successful enrolments with strong customer service and process management.

The role reports to the Head of Admissions and Enrolment for École Ducasse and is based in Paris. Fluency in English and French, plus organisational skills and CRM experience, are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent and strong administrative capabilities.
• Experience supporting admissions, enrolment or administrative processes in an educational/international environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor applicant pipelines and ensure opportunities progress through admissions stages.
• Conduct pipeline reviews and collaborate with stakeholders to maximise conversion.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and timely updates in systems.
• Coordinate document collection and payment reminders to support enrolment targets.
• Support applicants during admissions and visa processes where applicable.
• Verify applications against programme entry requirements and prepare files for admissions decisions.
• Issue offers and admissions decisions per policies and procedures.
• Develop knowledge of international qualifications and admissions requirements.
• Maintain high standards of applicant service and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, Admissions, Finance and Academic teams to ensure excellent applicant experience.
