SAM France is seeking a Consumer Recruitment & Panel Strategy Manager to define and execute our recruitment and panel development strategy across France. You will partner with project managers, field teams, and external partners to ensure high-quality recruitment for all consumer research projects.

Based in Paris, Nantes, Aix-en-Provence, or Lille, you will lead strategic initiatives, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while safeguarding study requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consumer recruitment or related field.
• Experience with FMCG, consumer insights, or research agencies.
• Experience managing external recruitment partners.
• Leadership or team management is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken French and English.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive SAM's consumer recruitment strategy across France.
• Develop and implement long-term panel growth initiatives.
• Partner with project managers, field teams, and recruitment partners.
• Ensure recruitment quality and compliance with study requirements.
• Manage recruitment budgets, quotations, and cost forecasts.
• Identify and develop innovative recruitment channels and sourcing solutions.
