SAM Sensory and Marketing International is seeking a Consumer Recruitment & Panel Strategy Manager to lead France's recruitment strategy and panel development. The role focuses on connecting research teams with the right consumers to deliver high-quality insights across SAM's six French facilities and national panel.

You will drive strategic initiatives, manage external partners, and ensure recruitment excellence, while collaborating with project managers, field teams, and IT to optimize tools

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in consumer recruitment, sensory research, market research, or related discipline.
Experience with FMCG, sensory science, or research agencies.
Leadership or team management experience is a plus.
Excellent written and spoken French and English.

Responsabilités

Define and drive SAM's consumer recruitment strategy across France.
Develop and implement long-term initiatives to grow and diversify databases and panels.
Manage external recruitment partners and ensure delivery against quality, timing, and budget.
Monitor recruitment KPIs and strive for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure high-quality consumer access for studies.
