SAM is seeking a Consumer Recruitment & Panel Strategy Manager to define and execute recruitment strategies across France, manage panel growth, and lead multifunctional teams. The role reports to the Field Director and may be based in Paris, Nantes, Aix-en-Provence, or Lille.

Responsibilities include leveraging traditional and digital channels, ensuring quality recruitment, and partnering with internal and external teams to deliver best-in-class insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consumer recruitment, sensory research, or market research.
• Experience managing external recruitment partners.
• Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken French and English.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Advanced qualifications are an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive SAM's consumer recruitment strategy across France.
• Develop and implement initiatives to grow panels and databases.
• Oversee recruitment budgets, quotations, and forecasts.
• Partner with project teams and external recruitment partners.
• Monitor KPIs and panel health for quality and efficiency.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in recruitment.
