Job summary

HomeExchange is seeking a Master’s student for a paid acquisition internship in Paris. You will own live campaigns, optimize ads, and contribute to creative testing to grow our member base with efficient costs. You’ll work with a cross-functional team across Google Ads, YouTube, and social channels.

Qualifications

Must be studying for a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in marketing, digital, growth or business.
Preferably first experience in paid acquisition or strong motivation to learn.
Comfortable with numbers and Excel/Google Sheets.
Good eye for creative and experience with TikTok, Reels, YouTube.

Responsibilities

Launch and optimise Google Ads and YouTube campaigns across key markets.
Maintain creative testing framework and learnings library.
Provide regular reporting and collaborate with Data team and AI tools.
