HomeExchange is seeking a paid media intern to join our Acquisition team in Paris. You will help grow our member base via Google Ads, YouTube and paid social, owning creative testing, campaign launches, optimization and reporting.

You will learn on live campaigns with real budgets and supportive guidance from our Paid Acquisition Manager, while collaborating with Brand, Data and Product teams in a multi-market setup.

Qualifications

• Masters student in marketing, digital, growth or business (Bac+4/5).
• Prior internship or alternance in paid acquisition preferred or strong motivation to learn.
• Comfortable with numbers and Excel/Sheets.
• Good eye for creative that works on TikTok, Reels and YouTube.

Responsabilités

• Launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and YouTube in key markets.
• Manage creative testing, rotation and learnings for campaigns.
• Develop and maintain paid media dashboards and support budget pacing.
