HomeExchange INC. in Paris is seeking a Marketing Acquisition Intern to help grow our member base across Google Ads, YouTube and paid social.

You will own creative testing, campaign launches, optimization and reporting, learning on live budgets with guidance from the Acquisition Manager. You will join a mission-driven team focusing on authentic travel experiences, sustainable tourism, and global multi-market campaigns.

Qualifications

• Masters-level student in marketing, digital, growth or business.
• First experience in paid acquisition preferred but not required.
• Comfort with numbers and strong Excel/Sheets skills.
• Good eye for creative and formats on TikTok, Reels and YouTube.

Responsibilities

• Launch and optimise campaigns across key markets (Google Ads, YouTube).
• Control quality: keyword, ad copy, audience optimisation.
• Monitor performance and flag anomalies (spend, CPA, conversions).
• Launch A/B tests (landing pages, creatives).
• Keep account structure and naming clean.
