Job summary

HomeExchange in Paris is seeking a driven Master’s student for a paid Acquisition internship. You’ll join the Acquisition team to grow our member base across Google Ads, YouTube and paid social, taking ownership of creative testing, campaign launches, optimization and reporting.

From day one you’ll work on live campaigns with real budgets and learn the trade alongside our Paid Acquisition Manager, with regular guidance.

Qualifications

• You are studying for a Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in marketing, digital, growth or business.
• Preferably you have a first experience (internship or alternance) in paid acquisition, ideally Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.
• You're comfortable with numbers, at ease with Excel/Google Sheets, and curious about what drives a metric.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize Google Ads and YouTube campaigns across key markets.
• Launch and test creatives, optimize ad copy, keywords and audiences.
• Monitor performance, flag anomalies (spend, CPA, conversions).
• Maintain and simplify campaign structures; build dashboards with the Data team.
