Job summary

HomeExchange in Paris is seeking a driven Master's student for a paid acquisition internship. You will support Google Ads and YouTube campaigns, help optimize creative tests, and learn how to drive growth across multiple markets with real budgets.

You will work with a cross‑functional team, gain hands‑on experience in reporting, analytics, and creative strategy, and develop skills in GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio while contributing to sustainable travel initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in marketing, digital, growth or business.
• First experience (internship or alternance) in paid acquisition preferred.
• Comfort with numbers and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Fluent in English and French; interest in travel and sustainable tourism.
• Bonus: Google Ads / Meta certifications, GA4 / GTM knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Launch and optimise campaigns across key markets on Google Ads and YouTube.
• Assist with acquisition creatives, test framework, and learnings library.
• Maintain performance dashboards and contribute to forecasts.
