NTU International is seeking a qualified Non-Key Expert – Digitalization to support technical assistance assignments related to digital transformation, digital connectivity, e-government and ICT development across EU-funded programmes in Papua New Guinea and the Pacific.

The candidate should have a university degree in ICT or related field, excellent English, and at least 6 years of experience in digitalisation in developing countries, with ability to travel to remote areas.

Qualifications

• University degree in ICT or related field.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English.
• Strong knowledge of digitalisation and transformation.
• Ability to travel internationally.
• Experience in PNG or Pacific region preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop digital transformation strategies and programmes.
• Support e-government and digital public services.
• Advise on ICT policy, regulation, institutional development.
• Contribute to digital connectivity and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with government and development partners.
