Qualifications

• University degree, preferably postgraduate, in ICT, computer science, information systems, digital transformation, telecommunications, engineering, public administration, or related field.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with ability to draft high‑quality documents in culturally sensitive contexts.
• Strong knowledge of digitalisation and digital transformation, contextualised to PNG and the Pacific region.
• Ability to travel internationally and locally, including to remote areas.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.

Responsabilités

• Support digital transformation strategies and programmes within EU-funded projects.
• Contribute to e-government and digital public services deployment.
• Support ICT policy, regulation, and institutional development in partner countries.
• Assist digital connectivity and infrastructure initiatives and data management.
• Support capacity building and monitoring/evaluation of digitalisation activities.
