NTU International invites applications for a Non-Key Expert – Digitalization to support EU-funded projects across the Pacific region. The role focuses on digital transformation, digital connectivity, and e-government in Papua New Guinea and neighbouring countries.

The expert will work within multidisciplinary teams, travel internationally as needed, and contribute to capacity building, policy development and implementation of digital solutions in development cooperation programs.

Qualifications

• University degree, preferably postgraduate, in ICT or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong knowledge of digitalisation and ICT in development contexts.
• Ability to work independently in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and support digital transformation strategies and programmes.
• Support e-government and digital public services initiatives.
• Contribute to ICT policy, regulation and capacity building.
• Support digital connectivity and data management efforts.
• Coordinate with government and development partners on ICT initiatives.
