Jobtailor is seeking a senior P2P Accounting leader in France to steer a dual hub for merchant and non-merchant purchases. You will oversee a ten-strong AP team and build a six-person unit for non-merchant activities, driving performance and collaboration across finance.

You will lead P2P projects, support the e-invoicing reform rollout, and enhance processes with a sharp focus on internal controls and supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or business school graduate required.
• Proven experience leading accounting teams in retail.
• Experience contributing to digitization projects and SAP FI S/4Hana is a plus.
• English proficiency to interact with Adeo peers.

Overview

Manage a dual accounting P2P (Procure to Pay) hub: For merchant purchases, lead and coordinate a team of around ten accounts payable accountants. For non-merchant purchases (transport, maintenance, merchandising, digital, marketing, web, etc.), develop and grow a team of six accountants. Lead P2P projects: Support the rollout of the e-invoicing reform (e-Invoicing) across P2P flows. Improve P2P processes for both merchant and non-merchant purchases with a focus on internal control and the quality of our financial relationships with supplier partners.

Requirements

• You hold a Master’s degree or have graduated from a business school.
• You have proven experience managing accounting teams, ideally within a retail organization, and are recognized for your leadership and strong interpersonal values.
• Experience contributing to digitization projects and/or knowledge of SAP FI S/4Hana are clear advantages.
• A minimum level of English is required to interact effectively with your peers across Adeo companies.
