Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Business or Operational Analyst in an operations department and/or supporting applications within an agile environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to signal problems early, provide updates, and seek support as needed.
• Experience analyzing operational data and producing meaningful insights to support business decision-making.

Responsibilities

• P&C Operational Support Activities: manage BAU tasks, audit support, regulator requests, and launches; act as the point of contact for underwriting teams.
• Data integrity: monitor reference data, review exceptions, and identify root causes of data quality issues.
• Continual improvement: drive process simplification, automate where possible, and contribute to knowledge base and governance activities.
• AI and automation: identify use cases and support automation of repetitive tasks.
• Collaborate with Operations, Underwriting, Finance, Technology to improve performance and reporting.
