JD.COM is seeking a responsible professional to manage the full-cycle processing of warehouse and delivery work orders in the Large Item DC in Lyon, France. You will sort, verify, track and close orders while handling delivery delays, sign-offs issues, customer complaints and inventory discrepancies.

Responsible for full-cycle processing of warehouse and delivery work orders in Large Item DC. Sort, verify, track and close various work orders, handle exceptions including delivery delays, abnormal sign-offs, customer complaints and inventory discrepancies. Conduct daily operational data statistics and trend analysis, identify process gaps and potential risks. Collaborate with warehouse, delivery and customer service teams to realize full work-order closed-loop management, optimize operational compliance and ensure smooth delivery operations.

Job Requirements

1. Relevant warehouse operation or work order processing experience preferred;
