Pony Bikes Ltd. in Paris is seeking an Operations Manager, Performance & Safety for a work-study (alternance) placement starting September 2026.

You will join the Business Operations Team and collaborate with Théo, the Quality & Safety Manager, to strengthen safety and reliable operations across our fleet and warehouses. As a student in an engineering program, you will lead audits, design corrective actions with HQ, and help create clear guidelines.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a top engineering school.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Willingness to travel to warehouses in France and Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Lead on-site audits: weekly assessments of service quality, fleet and warehouse safety.
• Drive corrective actions after audits and track implementation with HQ and local teams.
• Develop and update process guidelines and safety standards for field use.
• Support special projects to improve performance and safety across sites.
