Responsabilités

• Lead on-site audits across cities to assess service quality and safety.
• Design and roll out corrective actions; track implementation with HQ and local teams.
• Create and update process guidelines and safety standards for field use.
• Participate in projects like warehouse optimisation and sourcing new service providers.
