Job summary
Joko seeks an Operations Manager to own a core monetization process ensuring cashback accuracy for millions of users. You will work with our Offer Operations Lead, analyze data, design scalable workflows, and implement AI-driven improvements.
You will manage outsourced teams, coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams, and drive reliability across affiliate tracking, coupons, and merchant integrations. Fluency in English required; French not necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years in Operations, Product, or a technical/data-driven environment.
- AI-native: you genuinely believe in what AI can do and use it to automate repetitive tasks.
- Ops mindset: systems thinking across monitoring → detection → investigation → resolution → prevention.
- Tech acumen: comfortable in a technical environment and can discuss with Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data and build dashboards to monitor process health and performance.
- Design merchant onboarding and cashback rules across our platform.
- Solve problems with technology, AI automation or outsourcing when needed.
- Manage outsourced resources and ensure quality of work across multiple issues.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
