Job summary

Parallel is seeking an Operations professional to own onboarding and ongoing success for 30+ hospital clients and internal coders. You will establish scalable CS processes, monitor client usage, and translate field insights into actionable product priorities.

You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager to build the operational backbone needed for scaling, with a focus on French hospital clients and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a startup, consulting firm, or project management role.
• Direct client relationships experience and comfort being the face of a company.
• Ability to operate without a playbook and take initiative.
• Interest in product, AI, or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and follow-up of a portfolio of 30+ clients, ensuring smooth adoption and top-tier support.
• Build and maintain scalable CS processes, tools and routines to monitor client satisfaction and usage.
• Leverage data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities across client workflows and internal coding operations.
• Act as the key link between clients and Product & Tech — translate field insights into priorities.
