Job summary

Qualifications

• 11–15 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Operations Management.
• Fluent French and English.
• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, financial management, HSE and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site’s overall performance, safety, quality and productivity objectives.
• Oversee Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Engineering, HR, Finance and continuous improvement functions.
• Develop and manage the site budget, forecasts and capital expenditure plans.
• Drive Gates Manufacturing Excellence principles and regulatory compliance (ISO 9001/14001/50001).
• Provide transparent performance reporting to regional management.
