- University degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience in relevant roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsabilités
- Champion safety, quality, food safety and sustainability objectives across site.
- Lead deployment and governance of the site’s operational excellence systems.
- Coach teams and integrate continuous improvement into daily operations.
- Manage cross-functional improvement projects driving productivity and cost savings.
- Facilitate improvement workshops, reviews and governance meetings.
- Monitor KPI progress and provide leadership updates.
- Drive digitalization of performance management processes with IT teams.
