Pony seeks an Electronics Engineering Intern to join our Hardware team in Bordeaux. You will work at the intersection of data analysis, field investigations, and new electronic solutions, contributing to fleet robustness and repair operations for 12,000 vehicles across Europe.
You will analyze onboard data, help with root-cause investigations, and assist in developing validation reports and electrical improvements, collaborating with field technicians and suppliers.
As an Electronics Engineering Intern you will join our Hardware team in Bordeaux and work closely with Valentin, Hardware & Software Engineer.
Pony operates a fleet of 12,000 e-bikes and scooters deployed across 23 cities in Europe. Pony offers purposefully engineered vehicles built to withstand intensive urban use. Our hardware team continuously improves them based on field testing and operational feedback, driven by a culture of operational excellence.
We’re looking for an intern who wants to work at the intersection of data analysis, field investigations, and the development of new electronic solutions. You will contribute directly to improving fleet robustness, supporting repair operations, and bridging the gap between day-to-day field performance and electronics development. With 12,000 vehicles in daily operation, the failure patterns you help uncover and the tools you help build will have a direct, measurable impact on the fleet's reliability.
