Sensaterra seeks an Operations Associate for a Paris-based internship focused on B2B client operations. You will help develop customer care services and support field activities, reporting to the Operations Manager and the co-founder in charge of Operations.

The role combines on-site tasks in central Paris with field logistics at client sites and warehouses, including installation, after-sales support, and process optimization to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in field operations or field service is a plus.
• Strong customer-facing approach and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate logistics and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient in English for client communication.
• Self-motivated and excited about startup growth.

Responsabilités

• Client installation & follow-up: install machines and consumables and manage contract lifecycle.
• Customer support: address B2B after-sales requests within 2 hours to sustain high satisfaction.
• Logistics: prepare packages, coordinate pickups, assist clients with logistics, set up machines, deliver coffee to B2B clients.
• Process optimization: improve processes, foster collaboration across departments, provide efficiency insights.

This role is focused on the operations related to B2B clients.

We are looking for a Operations Associate to develop the Customer care services. You will work in a multicultural company & offices. Job based 20% in the city center of Paris and 80% in our warehouse + to our client’s places to Paris.

As an Operations Associate, your main role is make sure B2B clients are satisfied, and operated in the best way. You’ll work in direct contact with the Operations Manager and the co-founder in charge of Operations:

• Client installation & follow-up: We’ve signed a new contract ? good news, it’s your responsibility to install machines and consumables, and operate the contract throughout the full lifetime

• Customer Support : deal with all B2B after sales demands within 2h to make sure to keep a 100% satisfaction rate on Sensaterra

• Logistics :prepare the packages to be sent to client, coordinate the pick-up of the packages, assist clients with potential logistic related topics, set machines to the customers, deliver fresh coffee to B2B customers

• Process optimization : you will help optimize the processes, create a good collaboration with other department, and provide insight to increase efficiency
