Deel, the all-in-one payroll and HR platform, is hiring an HR Implementation Consultant to lead client migrations and ensure successful deployment of Deel's HR tools across organizations.

You will collaborate with Onboarding, Sales, Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering to configure systems, validate data, and train customers, guiding them through the setup and migration phases with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SaaS HR implementation experience.
• Proven expertise in managing large HR datasets.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Strong project management skills with migration planning.
• Experience with change management in enterprise settings.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
• Proficient in HR systems and related tools.
• Passion for empowering customers through training and support.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Attention to detail and quality in data handling.

Responsabilités

• Assist new and transitioning clients with migration to Deel’s HR tools.
• Act as a consultant for client stakeholders to recommend best practices for implementation.
• Become an expert user of Deel HR tools to guide features and functionalities.
• Using project management tools to guide clients through onboarding journey.
• Perform data imports to migrate client data from their outgoing HRIS to Deel HR.
• Safeguard sensitive employee information during migration.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimal HR onboarding.
• Contribute to improvements of migration processes and SOPs.
