Responsibilities

• Build and oversee scalable financial operations: budgeting, forecasting, cash management, vendor payments, reporting.
• Own employee lifecycle from hiring through onboarding and day-to-day people operations.
• Design and improve customer onboarding and operational workflows.
• Coordinate regulatory filings, reporting obligations, audits, and compliance initiatives.
