Qonto in Paris is seeking an Internal Control Apprentice (Operations) to help keep our processes accurate, compliant, and audit-ready as we scale across Europe. You will run monthly controls and report findings.

You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, audit onboarding and customer success processes, and use AI to speed up analysis and documentation. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Sharp communication with stakeholders across markets.
• Structured approach to breaking down processes and fixes.
• Ability to run multiple controls in a monthly cycle without quality loss.
• Proactive learner who quickly grasps internal control mechanics.
• Fluent English for cross‑border collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Run 2–3 controls per month end‑to‑end across France markets.
• Audit onboarding and customer success processes against internal standards.
• Write clear, actionable control reports with concrete recommendations.
• Follow up on remediation plans until fully deployed.
• Leverage AI to accelerate analysis and reporting.
