Qonto in Paris is seeking an Internal Control Apprentice in Tech & Product to own monthly controls, interview owners, and document findings with actionable insights. You’ll collaborate across Security, Data, Backend and SRE to understand processes and gaps.

You’ll formalize findings into clear reports and track remediations, while using AI to speed up documentation and analysis. English is required; French is a plus in a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with technical audiences and stakeholders.
• Ability to convert observations into structured, actionable findings.
• Curiosity to learn about access control, security processes, and code behavior.
• English fluency; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own monthly tech controls end-to-end across access and change management.
• Interview control owners across Security, Data, Backend, and SRE.
• Formalize findings into sharp, actionable reports.
• Track remediations until closure and ensure timely fixes.
• Leverage AI to accelerate documentation, analysis, and understanding.
