Qonto is looking for an Internal Control Apprentice (Operations) to run end-to-end controls, focusing on France across markets. You will audit onboarding and customer success processes, write actionable reports, and drive remediation with cross-team collaboration.

You will leverage AI tools to speed up analysis and reporting while growing your understanding of internal control in a fast‑growing European bank. Hybrid work, based in Paris, with mentorship from the Lead Internal Control.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for stakeholder communication across Europe.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to break down complex processes and identify improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple controls in a monthly cycle without compromising quality.
• Proactive learner capable of quickly grasping internal control mechanics.

Responsabilités

• Run 2-3 controls per month from analysis to final report.
• Audit onboarding and customer success processes against internal standards.
• Write clear, actionable control reports with structured recommendations.
• Follow up on remediation plans until fully deployed.
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and reporting across monthly cycle.
