Bolt is seeking a sharp, highly-organised Operations Coordinator to support our France ride-hailing operations. You will execute operational functions and partner-facing initiatives to ensure a consistent quality of service, partner satisfaction, scalability, and support across the growing network of partners in France.

You will work closely with a high-performing team, including the Team Lead and an Operations Manager, to drive improvements and learn fast in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• First successful experience in sales; problem-solver and go-getter.
• Fluent in French and able to network across backgrounds.
• Organised, reliable, able to handle high workloads.
• Experience in sharing economy, tech, or transport startups.

Responsabilités

• Onboard and train new drivers to Bolt's platform.
• Travel regularly to onboard drivers across French cities.
• Verify, maintain, and audit driver and vehicle documentation.
• Coach partners to improve their performance as Bolt ambassador.
• Serve as primary contact for key accounts and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with headquarters to improve existing processes.

About the role

We are looking for a sharp, highly-organised Operations Coordinator to support our France ride-hailing operations.This person will be executing operational functions and partner-facing initiatives to ensure a consistent quality of service, partner satisfaction, scalability, and support across the growing network of partners all around France.You will be working closely with a high-performing team along with the Team Lead and an Operations Manager. Main tasks and responsibilities

• Onboard and train new drivers to Bolt's platform.
• Travel on a regular basis to onboard new drivers around France cities.
• Verify, maintain, organise and audit driver and vehicle documentation.
• Be an ambassador for Bolt and coach partners to improve their performance.
• Be the primary point of contact for our key accounts and resolve any issues they might have.
• Work with headquarters to improve existing processes.

About you

• You have a first successful experience in sales. You are a go-getter, you like to solve problems.
• You are social. You can easily network with people of all background. You are fluent in French.
• You are organized. You deliver stuff on time & handle stress like James Bond.
• You are familiar with computer tools.
• Experience in sharing economy, tech business, transport industry, startup or dynamic high-growth company.
• Experience in product launches or running a business.
