Qwello GmbH is seeking an Operations Apprentice to support our growing EV charging initiatives in Paris. The role involves assisting project management, maintenance, and process optimization across stations, with hybrid work and occasional in-office days in Paris.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Master’s‑level engineering program in Energy or Mechanical Engineering, proficient with CAD and data tools (Looker Studio, Power BI), and fluent in French and English.

Qualifications

• Master’s-level engineering program in Energy or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD tools, MS Office, and data analysis platforms (Looker Studio, Power BI).
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Holder of a valid Category B driving license.

Responsabilités

• Support project management and maintenance activities for EV charging stations.
• Conduct site visits before and during construction and assist with stakeholder relations.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare monthly operations reports.
• Assist in process standardisation and implementation.

We are excited to welcome a motivated Operations Apprentice to support our dynamic team at Qwello in Paris. In this role based in MÂCON or other Saone et Loire cities, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Operations initiatives in project management and maintenance activities. Supporting the operations team in daily tasks around project management and maintenance, process implementation and operations excellence. Let’s power the future together!

Your Responsibilities

Project Management:

• Contribute to the station design and conception
• Conduct site visits prior and during construction
• Assist PMs in managing relationships with external stakeholders (ENEDIS, inspection bodies, etc.)
• Support the PMs in subsidies requests and follow up with public entities

Maintenance:

• Support the maintenance team with preventive and corrective maintenance for EV chargers
• Contribute to the commissioning of new EV stations
• Interact with maintenance companies to plan and track interventions

Process:

• Support the team with inventory management and tracking processes
• Support the operations team in the identification and standardisation of processes and workflows

Analysis and Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to refine actions and strategies
• Prepare a monthly operations report

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s‑level engineering program in Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Proficient in engineering software tools (CAD suites, etc.), Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and data analysis platforms (Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.)
• Good understanding of energy transition, construction, electricity and maintenance
• Fluency in both French and English is a must
• Holder of a valid Category B driving license
• Organized, proactive, and hands‑on, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
• Available for a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote work with occasional in‑office days at our Paris office
