Go Electra in Lyon is seeking a Network Operations Center professional to own the availability of our European charging network. You will diagnose incidents, respond remotely when possible, and coordinate with field teams for on-site resolution to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The role requires a technical engineering background, strong communication, and the ability to operate across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Technical or engineering background (electrical, energy or general engineering).
• Structured under pressure; ability to prioritise and decide with incomplete information.
• Clear communication linking drivers, field technicians, partners and engineering teams.
• Versatile, hands-on with deep expertise in high-power charging, battery storage and connected industrial assets.
• Fluency in French and English; another European language is a plus.
• Experience in industrial supervision or dispatch centers is a plus.

• Diagnose causes from supervision tools, logs and telemetry.

• Support technicians live during interventions as their technical back-up.
• Build strong relationships with country NetOps teams to implement field solutions.
• Act as primary contact for equipment suppliers on support topics and review meetings.
• Contribute to improving supervision tools, automated actions, runbooks and issue resolution.

Your Missions

Join Electra's Network Operations Center in Lyon and own the availability of our European network: 800 stations across 10 countries today, 2,500 by 2030.

Each station is a small industrial site combining charging systems, battery energy storage and IoT connectivity. When one fails, you see it first, you understand why, and you get it back online — remotely when possible, through a field technician when not. Behind every alarm there is a driver mid-journey: this role owns a decisive part of our customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Own network availability and incident resolution SLAs across our European network.

• Supervise our stations in 10 countries: detect, qualify and prioritise incidents on charging systems, battery storage, electrical installations and connectivity.

• Diagnose causes from our supervision tools, logs and telemetry.

• Resolve remotely whenever possible, and dispatch to country field management teams with a clear diagnosis when an on‑site intervention is needed.

• Support technicians live during their interventions: you are their technical back‑up.

• Build close working relationships with our country NetOps teams to find field solutions together.

• Act as Electra's primary contact for our equipment suppliers on support topics, including regular review meetings.

• Contribute actively to building and improving our supervision tools, automated actions, runbooks and quality issue resolution.

Your Profile

• You have a technical or engineering background: electrical engineering, energy, or general engineering.

• You stay structured under pressure: you prioritise, you decide with incomplete information, and you follow through until the station is back up.

• You communicate clearly — you are the link between drivers, field technicians, partners and engineering teams.

• You are versatile, hands‑on and want to build deep expertise in high‑power charging, battery storage and connected industrial assets.

• You are fluent in both French and English, another European language would be a plus.

• Experience in industrial supervision, a control panel or a dispatch centre is a plus, as is experience with a charge point operator or a battery/energy storage operator.

• Permanent contract, cadre status. This role is based in Lyon.
