Qwello, entreprise novatrice dans l'infrastructure de charge des véhicules électriques, recherche un Ingénieur Maintenance & Fiabilité. Vous jouerez un rôle clé en garantissant l'efficacité de l'infrastructure de charge en France, en coordonnant les activités de maintenance et en améliorant continuellement les processus. Qualifications

• Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.
• Expérience initiale en EV est souhaitable.
• Habilitation électrique française, certificat IRVE P2 est un plus.

Responsabilités

• Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies d'opération et de maintenance.
• Collecter et analyser des données pour des rapports complets.
• Coordonner avec des entreprises externes pour assurer l'exécution des tâches.

As the Maintenance & Reliability Engineer at Qwello France SAS, you will be a key player in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our EV charging infrastructure in France, you will bridge the gap between Technology and Operations. You'll take the lead in coordinating maintenance activities, optimizing workflows, and driving continuous improvements. Acting as the central point of contact, you will foster collaboration between internal teams, external partners, and management to ensure seamless, high-performing service operations. • Develop, implement and oversee the operation and maintenance strategies for our Qwello France charging infrastructure
• Use your analytical mindset to identify priorities and areas of improvement
• Collect and analyze data to generate actionable insights and comprehensive reports
• Manage the interactions with the internal technical service team
• Collaborate in the implementation of service and construction measures to improve operational efficiency
• Coordinate with external companies to ensure high quality and timely execution of tasks
• Proactively share your expertise and insights to elevate the team’s knowledge and performance
• Facilitate seamless collaboration between the technical service team, parent company and management
• Create and implement maintenance processes
• Provide support to project managers
  
• Degree in electrical engineering, software engineering, or a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
• Initial EV experience is desirable
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis for all maintenance-related issues
• Excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Analytical mindset with the ability to effectively communicate insights in writing
• Ability to self-organize and lead in an environment of changing priorities; willingness to work on multiple tasks/content switching
• Willingness to travel throughout France
• Fluency in written and spoken French and English
• French electrical habilitation, IRVE P2 certificate or training is a plus
• Linux knowledge would be a plus
