Jobtailor is seeking a Master’s-level engineering student to assist in the design and development of EV charging stations. The role includes site visits, stakeholder liaison, subsidy support, and maintenance assistance, with a hybrid work arrangement and occasional days in our Paris office.

You will work closely with PMs on commissioning, data analysis, and process standardization, gaining hands-on experience in energy infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s-level engineering program in Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in CAD suites, Excel, PowerPoint, Looker Studio or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of energy transition, construction, electricity, and maintenance.
• Able to drive with a valid Category B license.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Excellent organizational and proactive mindset.

Responsabilités

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits before and during construction
• Assist Project Managers (PMs) in managing relationships with external stakeholders (ENEDIS, inspection bodies, etc.)
• Support PMs with subsidy requests and follow-up with public entities
• Assist the maintenance team with preventive and corrective maintenance for EV chargers
• Contribute to the commissioning of new EV stations
• Coordinate with maintenance companies to plan and track interventions
• Support the team with inventory management and tracking processes
• Help the operations team identify and standardize processes and workflows
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to refine actions and strategies
• Prepare a monthly operations report

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s-level engineering program in Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Proficient in engineering software tools (CAD suites, etc.), Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and data analysis platforms (Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.)
• Good understanding of the energy transition, construction, electricity, and maintenance
• Fluency in both French and English is required
• Holder of a valid Category B driving license
• Organized, proactive, and hands-on, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Available for a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote work with occasional in-office days at our Paris office
