Maersk is seeking a highly motivated Operational Excellence Manager to join our warehouse and logistics team. You will lead process improvement initiatives across operations, using Lean, Six Sigma, and data analytics to boost efficiency and safety.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and establish KPIs to sustain continuous improvement and align with Maersk's Safety First culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with ERP systems and project management techniques.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulations.
