Maersk is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to lead process improvements within our warehouse and logistics teams. You will drive efficiency using Lean, Six Sigma and data analytics, while guiding cross-functional groups to deliver strategic initiatives and KPI driven outcomes.

The role emphasizes safety, stakeholder management and the development of a continuous improvement culture across the organization.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment with strong operations knowledge.
Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
Solid experience with Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
Proven leadership and ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
Experience with ERP systems and project management techniques.
Strong focus on health, safety and regulatory compliance.
