Job summary

Actalent seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to monitor and improve production processes, equipment, and product quality at our Paris, KY site. You will write standards, troubleshoot issues, and support new launches and capital projects while ensuring regulatory compliance.

CAD tools like AutoCAD and SolidWorks are used for tooling and fixtures, with close collaboration across cross-functional teams. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering or 5+ years related experience, strong mechanical

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering required or 5+ years related manufacturing experience.
Strong Mechanical Aptitude.
Knowledge of MS Office.
Knowledge of AUTOCAD and/or other CAD tools.

Responsibilities

Monitor, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and product quality.
Develop and write equipment and process standards; troubleshoot problems and assist in new product development.
Collaborate with project management and cross-functional teams to support installations, launches, and capital projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
Develop equipment PMs and coordinate with vendors/suppliers.
