Jobtailor is seeking a quality professional for a production environment in France. The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, surveillance alignment with customer needs, and staff skill development through hands-on training and coaching.

You will conduct audits, manage UAP KQCs, and proactively lead continuous improvement projects while applying metallurgy and SPC knowledge in daily shop-floor work.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or an equivalent specialized Master's program.
• Proficiency with continuous improvement tools (LEAN, 8D…) and risk analysis methods (FMEA/AMDEC…).
• Knowledge of quality standard requirements applicable to a production environment.
• Knowledge of metallurgy and statistical process control tools.
• Comfortable with standard office software and familiar with Access (MS Access) and IBA.
• Good level of English.
• Rigorous and autonomous, interested in a role combining shop-floor presence, technical work and standards adherence.

Responsabilités

• Lead actions to eliminate the root causes of recurring complaints and non-conformities.
• Ensure surveillance plans and tools are aligned with customer requirements.
• Contribute to the development of staff skills through training.
• Conduct field quality coaching ("QPT").
• Perform LQT and LST audits.
• Participate in the management of the UAP's KQCs.
• Propose and lead continuous improvement projects.
