Art Wind Sp. z o.o. seeks an experienced Onshore Installation Site Manager to lead European onshore wind projects. You will oversee day-to-day installation operations and coordinate diverse teams to deliver safe, on-schedule, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires hands-on wind installation leadership, Enercon familiarity is preferred, and valid GWO and Medical certificates. EU work eligibility is essential and travel across Europe is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the wind sector.
• Strong hands-on experience in onshore wind installation; Enercon knowledge preferred.
• Valid and up-to-date GWO certificates and a Medical certificate.
• Eligibility to work in the European Union.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate subcontractors, main contractors, and internal teams to maintain seamless communication and workflow.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Onshore Installation Site Manager with a strong background in the wind industry to lead our upcoming onshore projects across Europe. In this role, you will be the driving force on-site, managing day-to-day installation operations, coordinating diverse teams, and ensuring that our projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations during onshore wind turbine installation phases, ensuring safe and efficient execution.
• Contractor Management: Coordinate subcontractors, main contractors, and internal teams to maintain seamless communication and workflow.
• Schedule & Resource Optimization: Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and site performance to meet key milestones.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce project procedures, contractual obligations, and industry standards, championing a zero-harm safety culture on-site.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated background in a Managerial or Supervisory role within the wind sector.
• Industry Expertise: Strong hands-on experience specifically in onshore wind installation; familiarity with Enercon technology is highly preferred.
• Certifications: Valid and up-to-date GWO (Global Wind Organisation) certificates and a valid Medical certificate.
• Eligibility: Full, unrestricted right to work in the European Union.
