Art Wind Sp. z o.o. seeks an experienced Onshore Installation Site Manager to lead European onshore wind projects. You will oversee day-to-day installation operations and coordinate diverse teams to deliver safe, on-schedule, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires hands-on wind installation leadership, Enercon familiarity is preferred, and valid GWO and Medical certificates. EU work eligibility is essential and travel across Europe is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the wind sector.
• Strong hands-on experience in onshore wind installation; Enercon knowledge preferred.
• Valid and up-to-date GWO certificates and a Medical certificate.
• Eligibility to work in the European Union.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations during onshore wind turbine installation phases, ensuring safe and efficient execution.
• Coordinate subcontractors, main contractors, and internal teams to maintain seamless communication and workflow.
• Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and site performance to meet milestones.
• Enforce project procedures, contractual obligations, and industry standards, promoting a zero-harm safety culture on-site.
