Jobtailor in Île-de-France seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead wind farm construction projects from signing to acceptance. You will coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders across France and Europe.

You'll ensure safety, scheduling, budget, quality, and contractual compliance, acting as the main client contact and coordinating with HSE teams and engineering, sales, support. 5 years PM experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.
• General knowledge of wind turbine operations.
• English language at C1 level or higher.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Driving license (B) with mobility across France/Germany/Europe.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in construction, preferably wind energy or renewables.
• Previous management/project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Within the Construction department and reporting to the Head of Project Managers Belgium, oversee the execution of wind farm construction projects, from contract signing to final acceptance
• Ensure the smooth execution of projects across all dimensions: safety, technical aspects, scheduling, budget, quality, and contractual compliance
• Act as the internal project reference and main point of contact for the client (project owner)
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
• Define, monitor, and adjust project schedules
• Manage costs, identify risks and opportunities
• Ensure compliance of works and deliverables

• Driving license (B), mobility across France/Germany/Europe
• Previous experience in management and project management preferred
• 3 to 5 years of experience in construction, ideally in wind energy, renewables, or energy sector
